If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your enrolment, please review the following policy carefully before submitting a request.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund request may be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- Less than 20% of the enrolled course content has been accessed or completed.
- No certificates of completion or downloadable resources have been generated or downloaded.
- The request is submitted through our official support channel at support@bioloom.edu.lk.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed.
- Exam registration fees and certification fees.
- Downloadable study materials, past papers, or resource packs once downloaded.
- Subscription plans after the 7-day window has passed.
- Promotional or discounted enrolments purchased during special offers.
- Any courses or resources gifted or transferred from another account.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review and verify your eligibility within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any transaction fees or gateway charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction.
Course Transfers & Exchanges
If you wish to transfer your enrolment to a different course of equal or lesser value, you may request a course exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to availability. Please contact our support team to arrange this.
Technical Issues & Platform Problems
Note: If you are unable to access your purchased course due to a verified technical issue on our platform, we will either resolve the issue promptly or offer a full refund regardless of the standard eligibility criteria.
Please report any technical issues to support@bioloom.edu.lk with screenshots or a description of the problem.
Subscription Plans
For monthly or annual subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused days within that cycle.
