  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, and time spent on the platform — collected via cookies and analytics tools.
  • Communications: Messages or queries submitted to our support team or via contact forms.

How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your student account on the BLI platform.
  • To provide access to courses, track your learning progress, and issue certificates.
  • To process payments and send enrolment confirmations and receipts.
  • To communicate important updates, policy changes, or course announcements.
  • To personalise your learning experience and recommend relevant content.

Please note: Certain academic records (such as certificate issuance history) may be retained for a minimum period as required for institutional compliance purposes, even after account deletion.
